Here are the funniest reactions from Nigerian artists following the memorable Inter Milan vs Barca semi-final fixture.

Barca’s 4–3 loss to Inter Milan in the Champions League semi-final has sent shockwaves through the football world and Nigerian artists weren’t shy about reacting to the drama. From trolling to heartbreak, social media lit up as the result sank in.

Skales, who recently dropped a track inspired by Barça wonderkid Lamine Yamal, posted “What a match … God is still God !!! All glory and praise to him in all circumstances” after the final whistle.

Fans didn’t take that lightly, with many joking that he jinxed the team by turning their youngest star into a song too soon.

Adekunle Gold also got in on the fun, taking playful shots at Zlatan Ibile, a die-hard Barcelona fan. With subtle jabs, AG Baby reminded fans just how unpredictable football can be and how sweet banter is in moments like this. He had posted on his page saying “Zlatan go dey cry like this”

He also took a jab at Skales, where he told Skales to change his lyrics from Yamal to Thuram. He said, “Omo @youngskales change am to Thuram”.

Blaqbonez, never one to miss a cultural moment, as he also took to his Twitter page to make a comment in reference to Skales new music, where he tweeted, “Dance like Lamine Yamal😂”.
