Singer Omah Lay has shared his thoughts following a recent gesture from Davido regarding his music on the live show of the popular online streamer Kai Cenat.

Omah Lay took to his social media platform X formerly known as Twitter today, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, to share a post where he revealed that he thought the Grammy-nominated singer did not like him. Omah Lay’s post on social media came a day after Davido had initially given the Soso singer a shoutout by playing his song on the live stream of the popular online streamer Kai Canet.

Omah Lay’s post on social media read, “I’ve always thought OBO hated me!”

Omah Lay’s reaction to the shoutout had different social media users sharing their thoughts with some mentioning that Davido shows his huge support for different artists at any time. It is however uncertain as to why Omah Lay had initially made the statement fans have their eyes set out as to if this could possibly lead to a collaboration or probably more insights as to the reason behind the statement.

Davido shared his thoughts about artists like Omah Lay by playing their songs as well as what life is like in Lagos with Kai when the duo met up in Lagos on Monday, March 11, 2024. Davido had opened up on big plans he has for the future including an album release to mention a few.
