Ice Prince‘s fourth studio album, “Fire & Ice,” has been released, his last album “Jos To The World” was in 2016. Notably, before the release of the new album, he dropped the single “Untitled,” which featured the rapper Odumodublvck.
Ice Prince combines a number of languages and styles in “Fire & Ice.” He blends boastful songs with Jamaican patois and Nigerian pidgin. A variety of musicians, including Blaqbonez, ILLYTHEGREAT, Seyi Vibez, CKay, Skiibii, Rexxie, Ajebo Hustlers, Sarkodie, Magnito, and Odumodublvck, have collaborated on the 16-track album.
Its musical explorations include amapiano, Afropop, and even faint Fuji influences. Themes span from reflections on personal struggles and the difficulties of city life to love ballads and confident boasting.
