Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber has once again bared his heart to fans, this time in a raw and unfiltered message about his ongoing mental and emotional battles.

The 30-year-old singer took to Instagram on Monday, June 16, 2025, to share a deeply personal post, opening up about his struggles with anger, exhaustion, and the pressure to constantly “fix” himself.

“I know I’m broken and I know I have anger issues,” Justin Bieber confessed about his mental battles. He revealed the toll that years of public scrutiny and personal expectations have taken on him. He admitted that while people often urge him to heal, it’s not as simple as it sounds. “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already?” he wrote.

Reflecting on his journey in the spotlight since his teenage years, Bieber acknowledged how trying to meet others’ standards caused him to lose touch with his own identity. “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them… It just keeps making me more tired and more angry,” he shared.

Despite his massive success, Bieber revealed that even his attempts at personal growth have begun to feel isolating and overwhelming. “The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become and it’s exhausting. I’m tired of thinking about myself,” he added.

The post concluded with a touching expression of faith, as Justin Bieber credited his spiritual beliefs for keeping him grounded. “Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others… I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”

Justin Bieber shares worrying new post saying he knows he’s “broken” and has “anger issues.”
