Rapper Kanye West has reportedly acquired a $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, following his renovation of a former property in Malibu into what he called a “Malibu bomb shelter.”
According to TMZ, the “Heartless” artist purchased the 20,000-square-foot estate, located in the exclusive Beverly Park North neighborhood, on October 28. The luxurious home spans approximately seven acres, featuring 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a resort-style pool with a waterfall, a lap pool, a pool house, a tennis court, and an “entertainment pavilion.”
TMZ reports that Kanye bought the mansion through an LLC in an off-market deal, shortly after he sold his modified Malibu property, which he had attempted to transform into a “Malibu bomb shelter.”
This sale came after Kanye purchased the Malibu beachfront home for $57 million in 2021, later selling it for a reported $21 million. The reduced price was likely influenced by his decision to strip the property of its windows and electricity, aiming to convert it into a “Malibu bomb shelter” reminiscent of early 20th-century designs. The ambitious project ultimately led to legal complications with project manager Tony Saxon, who filed a lawsuit against West, alleging violations of labour codes and disregarded advice on property alterations.
In other related news, Kanye West allegedly made disturbing remarks about wanting to have sex with Bianca Censori’s Mom while she watched.
According to court documents, the claims were made by West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, in a lawsuit that also accuses the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her. In the lawsuit, Pisciotta referred to Bianca Censori as West’s “on-call sex party participant/employee” and revealed that the rapper had allegedly shared his sexual desires involving Bianca Censori’s mom before her mother traveled back to Australia from Los Angeles.
Pisciotta highlighted a specific text message from September 28, 2022, where Kanye allegedly wrote to Bianca, “I wanna fk your mum. Before she leaves.” Pisciotta further claimed that West followed up with a screenshot of the message and asked her, “Should I [add] I meant I want you to watch me fk your mom.”
Bianca Censori, who was in the U.S. on a working visa, allegedly responded to West in a manner “insisted upon and required” by him to maintain her job. According to the lawsuit, Bianca replied to Kanye, saying, “(My mother is) married. I’m going to f**k someone this weekend and tell you the next time you’re inside me.”
In addition to these allegations involving Bianca Censori’s mom, Pisciotta also accused West of spiking her drink with an “unidentified drug” and assaulting her during a recording session with Sean “Diddy” Combs in Santa Monica, California.
