Talented Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel has found himself embroiled in controversy with some of his female fans after posting a video featuring himself and his wife online.
The artist, who made headlines after revealing his marital status and showcasing the mother of his triplets, shared a video on Sunday, March 17, 2024, showcasing heartwarming moments with his wife dancing to tracks from his newly released EP, Thanks A Lot.
However, the seemingly innocent post quickly turned sour as some of Kizz Daniel’s female followers criticized his wife’s appearance in the video. Negative comments flooded the post, with one user bluntly stating, “She no even fine.”
In response to the criticism, Kizz Daniel fired back, defending his wife and slamming the detractors. “Na you con fine? With your head like the rest of our problems. Alaye baje,” he retorted, expressing disdain for the negative remarks.
Another user took aim at his wife’s choice of wig, saying, “With one particular wig, Kizz biko do better.” This prompted Kizz Daniel to respond with sarcasm saying, “Please, we are poor, help us buy wig abeg.”
Amid the backlash, celebrity logistic manager, Isreal DMW stepped in to defend Kizz Daniel. In a supportive message, Isreal DMW advised the singer to ignore the negative commentary and prioritize inner peace over external appearances.
“VADO. Beauty doesn’t make a good wife at home. All you need is rest of mind. Don’t give a f*ck,” he wrote,” Isreal DMW wrote, urging Kizz Daniel not to let disparaging remarks about his wife affect him.
Despite the controversy, the singer’s decision to prioritize his family’s well-being over superficial judgments has garnered support from fans and peers alike.
