Mbappe will reportedly follow in the footsteps of his idol Christiano Ronaldo and will wear a number as opposed to his preferred number. It has been confirmed that Mbappe will wear the number 9 jersey for Real Madrid, a number left behind by his French counterpart, Karim Benzema.
