Nigerian Afropop star Mayorkun is set to make a major return to the music scene with the release of his highly-anticipated third studio album, Still The Mayor, this Friday, June 13, 2025.
The forthcoming project will feature 12 carefully curated tracks and an impressive eight collaborations, with one of the standout highlights being Fireboy DML, who appears twice on the album.
This marks Mayorkun’s first full-length project since his critically acclaimed 2021 album Back In Office. With Still The Mayor, the artist, fondly known as The Mayor of Lagos, aims to reaffirm his place as one of Afrobeats’ most celebrated and versatile voices.
