The recordings took place in a home setup, surrounded by everyday life sounds and noises, which were allowed to seep into the music rather than being removed.
The mixing choices made by producer Zvikoe brought the vocals forward while letting the percussion gently follow underneath. The use of creative panning techniques makes the sound move from left to right in headphones, echoing the song’s theme of “motion.
