The manager of Arsenal Football Club, Mikel Arteta, has continued to break records and written his name into the history books of the London club.

The Spaniard international became the first manager in the history of the club to win back-to-back games against Tottenham. The last time, Arsenal achieved this feat was during the 1988/89 season with George Graham in charge, which was before the era of Wenger.

Arsenal maintained their spot at the top of the table with a 3-2 victory over their north London rivals. The Gunners scored three goals within the first 40 minutes, courtesy of an own goal by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and strikes from Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz.
