Season 3 of The Real Housewives of Lagos has been an eventful journey from the very start—a mix of luxury, drama, and intense moments that keep us talking long after each episode airs.

Since the season premiered on January 12, 2025, fresh faces like Dabota Lawson, an entrepreneur and philanthropist; Adeola “Diiadem” Adeyemi, a beauty and fashion entrepreneur; and Sophia Momodu, a well-known Nigerian entrepreneur and socialite have joined returning favourites like Laura Ikeji-Kanu, beauty entrepreneur and influence, Mariam Timmer Adeyemi, TV personality and Carolyna Hutchings, actress and philanthropist shaking up the glamorous world of Lagos.

Right from the start, Dabota Lawson made it clear that she wasn’t there to make friends by playing nice. Her bold statement, “You don’t have to like me. You don’t have to love me. But you must respect me,” set the stage for many of the clashes we have seen.

During a tea event hosted by Mariam, a simple comment—“And you’re still single?”—directed at Dabota quickly turned into a heated moment. Even though Mariam apologised later, the remark showed how fragile relationships could be.

The drama intensified during a trip to Ghana. What was meant to be a glamorous getaway turned into a battleground when tensions between Carolyna and Dabota devolved into a physical altercation.

In the middle of all this, Carolyna tried to make peace with Laura by offering a public apology, though old hurts still linger.

Diiadem then hosted an Afrocentric party that looked festive on the surface but soon revealed hidden rivalries and power plays among the women. Later, at Diiadem’s pyjama party, Carolyna tried to mend things with Diiadem, but her efforts fell flat. When Mariam called Carolyna out, it sparked a loud and fiery shouting match between Carolyna and Diiadem.

Fans have been buzzing non-stop on social media, with comments that range from praise for Diiadem’s style and grace to criticism of Dabota’s blunt attitude, Sophia’s cliche remark and Carolyna’s calculated moves.
