Fulham’s forward player, Rodrigo Muniz, has been announced as the Premier League’s player of the month for march 2024.
The announcement was made on April 12, 2024, on the official website of the Premier League. Muniz received the most votes during the selection process, earning him the monthly award.
Muniz’s exceptional performance in March was critical in maintaining Fulham’s position on the league table. He scored in three out of four matches in March, including a brace in a 3-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur, and a remarkable stoppage-time goal that secured a point at Sheffield United.
Muniz is the third player in the history pf Fulham to win the award, Goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer was last winner, in February 2010, while Louis Saha was the second player in the colours of the London side to win the award.
To win the award, Muniz beat out Alexander Isak (Newcastle United), Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Son Heung-Min (Tottenham), Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth), and Ben White (Arsenal).
