Reekado Banks hints at exposing a ‘Demonic’ figure in entertainment industry

Nigerian singer Reekado Banks has sparked controversy after hinting at exposing an influential figure in the entertainment industry, whom he described as either “clueless” or “demonic.”

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the music star revealed that he intends to grant an interview to reveal details about this individual. According to Reekado Banks, many young and promising talents unknowingly fall into the hands of this “demonic” person, leading to setbacks and frustrations in their careers.

“One day, I’ll take an interview to talk about someone in the corners of the entertainment industry, who’s either absolutely CLUELESS or plain DEMONIC,” he wrote. “Somehow, the brightest budding talents fall into their laps. Either through cluelessness or pure demonic activities, they agree to policies that effectively slow these talents down, and for some, frustrate them out of pursuing their dreams.”

His statement has stirred conversations among fans and industry stakeholders, with many speculating on who he might be referring to. While he is yet to provide further details, his remarks have reignited discussions about the struggles faced by emerging artists in the Nigerian entertainment scene.
