Anticipation is mounting among fans of Nigerian music stars, Simi and Falz as they are set to release a new song on Friday, May 31, 2024.
Simi posted a picture of herself and Falz on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, on her official Instagram handle, where they were seen seated together in what appeared to be a studio interview setting. In her caption, she teased fans by asking, “What do you think is the name of the song we’re dropping this Friday?”
Simi and Falz, known for their exceptional chemistry and musical prowess, are one of the most celebrated duos in Africa, with millions of fans worldwide. They have previously collaborated on hit songs such as Soldier, Jamb Question, Foreign and a joint EP titled Chemistry.
Their close friendship and on-screen chemistry once led fans to speculate they were a couple. However, it was later revealed that they are simply very close friends, especially after Simi married singer, Adekunle Gold.
