Grammy Award winner Tyla has released the tracklist for her debut album and Nigerian singer Tems is confirmed to be on it.

Rising star Tyla announced that she will release her debut album on March 22, 2024. Tyla’s debut album will be called TYLA, making this a self-titled debut. Her latest tracks Truth or Dare, Butterflies, On & On, and Water remix featuring Travis Scott are some of the singles on the album.

The tracklist contains 14 songs and features from Becky G, Tems, and American rapper Gunna. Her smash hit Water ascended to Number 14 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100. Tyla became the highest-charting African female solo artist ever on the Hot 100 chart. According to a post by Tyla, Tems will also be one of the featured artists on the self-titled album.

In addition to her upcoming album, Tyla had embarked on a North American Tour. Unfortunately, the rising star had to cancel due to private health concerns. The Grammy Award winner confirmed that she has been battling a prolonged illness for close to a year. All those who have made payment will receive a refund for their tickets.

In addition to Tems’ upcoming feature, both artists will be headlining Coachella in April. Other artists like DJ Spinall, Peso Pluma, J Balvin, Ice Spice, Skepta, and DJ Snake will also be performing.

The festival, which is North America’s largest and known for its star-studded roster, will take place over two weekends on April 12-14 and April 19-21 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
