Tems has hit back at naysayers following their crude remarks about her body on social media.
Multiple award-winning singer and performer Tems has responded to people who have made crude remarks for the past seven years about her body.
The Grammy award-winning artist took to her social media account where she directly quoted a comment from an online troll about her body shape and size on a video of her gracing the stage with her presence and ‘wow-ing’ the crowd at the recently concluded Root Picnic festival 2025.
Tems expressed her thoughts on how enough has been said regarding her body. She went on to add how uncouth such statements are given the fact that this was her body and not anyone else’s and as such should not be up for debate or scrutiny in the very first place.
The singer who has continued to set astonishing records and break barriers shared a post that read, “Okay 7 years in. It’s time to pack it up. I never thought I’d need to say it but you are all weird. “It’s small, it’s flat, it’s fat.” Dog ITS MINE. “Show us your bumbum” lol so me too I will turn and say “see🥰” Nah show ME yours first?? See how that feels? It’s just a body I will add and lose weight. I never once hid my body, I just didn’t feel the need to prove or disprove anyone. The more you don’t like my body the better for me actually. But it’s enough now. Move on from my bum”
