Four more spots are left for grab as the UEFA Champions League reaches its semi-final stage as the supporters of every team left in this competition will be hoping they emerge victorious when the final whistle go at the Allianz Arena which is the venue for the final.
We will be projecting the teams that will take the four spots left in the semi-finals as we prepare for the second leg of the quarter-finals. Two spots seem to have been taken after PSG and Barcelona dismantled Aston Villa and Borussia Dortmund in the first leg respectively.
Arsenal fans will also be saying they have one leg in the semi-final after their brilliant victory against Real Madrid at the Emirates Stadium. However, when it comes to the game of football nothing is cast in stone until the referee blows the final whistle which signals the end of the game.
Aston Villa vs PSG ( 1-3)
PSG will be coming into this game full of confidence after winning the Ligue 1 without losing a game, they can challenge all their attention to the second leg of the UEFA Champions League. The bookmakers are giving the tie to the Parisians and we are on the same page with them.
PSG will not only qualify for the semi-finals but will also win the second leg just as they did in the first leg.
Borussia Dortmund vs Barcelona ( 0-4)
Just like the game between Aston Villa and PSG, we believe that the second leg between Dortmund and Barcelona is just for formality’s sake because the scoreline from the first leg has reduced the probability of Dortmund reaching the semifinals by a huge significance.
The Catalonia club will also dominate the second leg just like they did at Camp Nou. Barcelona will qualify for the semi-final for a date with either Bayern Munich or Inter Milan.
Inter Milan vs Bayern Munich (2-1)
Against all odds, Inter Milan ended Bayern Munich’s winning run at the Allianz Arena in the UEFA Champions League after they won the first leg 2-1. However, this tie is far from over because both teams are powerhouses in this competition, and they will be giving the supporters and neutrals something to look forward to when they take center stage at the San Siro. We believe that Inter have enough firepower in them in front of their supporters to qualify for the last four of the competition.
Real Madrid vs Arsenal ( 0-3)
This is the biggest match of this quater-final fixtures and everyone will be interested to see which of these powerhouses will progress to the semi-finals. The supporters of both clubs will be going into this game tensed following the way the first leg had ended.
However, if there is any team in this world that can overturn this result it is Real Madrid following their history in the history of the competition. We are with the Galacticos in this game, the firepower of Real ( Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jnr, Jude Bellingham) will be enough to overturn this this game on its head.
