Super Eagles forward player, Victor Boniface could be on his way out of the German Bundesliga, Bayer Leverkusen after he received a bid from Saudi side, Al Nassr before the January transfer window closes.
Transfer news expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the Nigerian has been on the radar of Al Nassr as they look to beef up their attack as the Saudi Professional League progresses. According to the Italian, Al Nassr and Bayer Leverkusen have begun negotiations for the signing of the Nigerian international.
The move is geared towards filling the void left by Anderson Talisca, who departed for Fenerbahce in January. If this move sees the light of day, Al-Nassr supporters would see Boniface join Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane in their attack.
The 24-year-old has scored eight goals in 15 matches for the Bundesliga Champions before he picked up an injury in mid-November 2024.
The other player they are also looking at bringing over to the club is Aston Villa’s second-choice striker, Jhon Duran. However, Villa are adamant that the Colombian international is not for sale with just four days to the end of this transfer window.
