Here are the rumoured terms and conditions Galatasaray had to agree to in order to make the Victor Osimhen Napoli transfer exit possible.
Following reports of Galatasaray and Napoli both reaching an agreement in principle for Victor Osimhen, here are the rumoured terms and conditions the Turkish side reportedly had to agree to in order to facilitate the impending transfer.
On Sunday, July 20, 2025, late at night, sports journalist Fabrizio Romano broke the news that both Gala and Napoli have reached an agreement in principle which would see Victor Osimhen join the Turkish Super Lig champions for the 2025/2026 club football season.
This agreement comes after two rejected bids and introduction of new conditions by the Serie A side to the deal.
What were the terms and conditions introduced by Napoli?

Here are the terms and conditions proposed by Napoli to facilitate the Victor Osimhen transfer:
Payment structure: Napoli proposed a new payment structure for Victor Osimhen a term which was also accepted by Galatasaray.
Gala initially proposed a payment plan which would see them make a first deposit of 40 million with them paying what is left of the 35 million euros over the course of five years. This was rejected with Napoli offering a counter proposal which would see them pay the 35 million euros over the course of two years.
Special Goal Bonus: Napoli and Galatasaray also reached an agreement on special goal bonuses. This means Gala will be expected to pay a certain amount whenever Victor Osimhen hits a specific goal milestone agreed in the contract.
Sell on clause: Napoli also requested for a 10% sell on earnings from Galatasaray. This means if Galatasaray decides to sell Victor Osimhen tomorrow, Napoli will receive 10% in earnings from the transfer deal.
No Serie A football in 2 years: Another clause added by Napoli is the clause which would prevent Victor Osimhen play for a Serie A side for the next two years. This means Osimhen can not make a return to the Serie A for the next two years till 2027.

Victor Osimhen is expected to make his highly anticipated return to club football on the biggest stage in Europe, UEFA Champions League next season and given his quality, it is expected that the Super Eagles of Nigeria forward re-solidifies his status as one of the biggest football exports from Africa.
