Nicki Minaj has set the internet ablaze with a barrage of explosive posts targeting several high-profile figures, including Megan Thee Stallion, Jay-Z, and Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez.
The rap star took to Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, delivering a series of sharp accusations and cryptic remarks that quickly sent social media into a frenzy.
Nicki Minaj first stirred attention by sharing a post from AkademiksTV on Instagram, which alleged that a judge denied Megan Thee Stallion’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed against her by her former photographer, Emilio Garcia. The lawsuit, filed in April 2024, accuses the Houston rapper of harassment and creating a hostile work environment, claims Megan has denied.
Reacting to the development, Nicki captioned the screenshot with a pointed message: “What was the name of that law again? Karma’s Law? Touch not my anointed law? Vengeance is the Lord’s law? We give God the glory & he’s only just begun. Have a blessed day if you can. Lol. The blogs posting lies, thank you. More money for me. We’re working. Trust.”
But Minaj didn’t stop there. Nicki Minaj followed up with the with posts post highlighting a social media claim that a paternity suit filed against Jay-Z is reportedly advancing in court. “Oh is this why he was trending the other day? Idk. I hope all is well. To God be the glory,” she captioned.
We’ve calculated about 100-200MM so far. #JayZ call me to settle this karmic debt. It’s only collecting more interest. You still in my TOP 5 tho. Let’s get it nigga.

The drama escalated when Nicki returned to X to accuse Jay-Z of owing her between $100 million and $200 million, citing unresolved financial matters allegedly connected to the 2021 sale of Tidal, a music streaming platform co-founded by Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, and others. Minaj claims she was promised a substantial payout but only received $1 million. “We’ve calculated about 100-200MM so far. #JayZ call me to settle this karmic debt. It’s only collecting more interest,” she wrote.
I’m going to use some of the money #JayZ owes me to send some of my Barbz to college, pay their school fees & student loans via my #StudentOfTheGame charity. pic.twitter.com/je1WwfQ61C

Minaj later widened her attack, reposting a claim accusing Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez of child abuse and further criticizing the duo for what she described as their harmful influence across the entertainment and sports industries. In a series of tweets, she accused them of damaging hip-hop, football, basketball, touring, and social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
“The jig is up,” she declared, before questioning Roc Nation’s political loyalties, particularly highlighting Perez’s 2021 pardon by former President Donald Trump. She challenged Jay-Z’s perceived image as a Black community leader, asking why he hadn’t more openly campaigned for Democratic candidates during key political moments.
As of the time of this report, neither Jay-Z, Megan Thee Stallion, nor Roc Nation have issued any public response to Nicki Minaj’s claims. The rapper’s bold remarks, however, have sparked widespread reactions online, with fans, critics, and media outlets dissecting the heated social media exchange.
