Wizkid attends the premiere of Bob Marley’s ‘One Love’ movie in grand style

Internationally acclaimed Nigerian artist, Wizkid graced the premiere of Bob Marley’s One Love at BFI IMAX Waterloo in London, United Kingdom, on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, marking a stellar representation of Nigeria and Afrobeat at the prestigious event.

The star-studded evening witnessed Wizkid’s radiant presence, with the renowned musician capturing attention in a stylish black two-piece ensemble paired with a white shirt and a black head warmer. Despite his understated attire, the artist exuded confidence and charm, skillfully navigating the flashing cameras that sought to capture the remarkable moment.

Previously reported by NotjustOk, Wizkid, along with Grammy-nominated producer, Bloody Civilian, was announced to be featured on Bob Marley’s One Love (Music Inspired By The Film) for Paramount Pictures.

The EP, scheduled for release on February 14, boasts tracks like Natural Mystic, featuring Bloody Civilian, and One Love, featuring Wizkid. Both artists are set to interpret Bob Marley’s timeless compositions, including Natural Mystic, Exodus, Waiting in Vain, Three Little Birds, One Love, Is This Love, and Redemption Song.

In captivating footage circulating online, Wizkid is captured engaging with British actor, Idris Elba, exchanging greetings and pleasantries, enhancing the star-studded atmosphere of the premiere.

The artist’s notable presence at the event further solidifies his global influence and his role in bridging Nigerian music with the international entertainment scene.
