Nigerian rapper Onome Onokohwomo, popularly known as Yung6ix, has had a harrowing encounter with death after being targeted in a robbery attack in Downtown Los Angeles.
According to Yung6ix, who took to his X page to recount the ordeal, the robbers shot at him while he was in his car, but fortunately, the bullet missed him. The robbery attack left his car damaged, and Yung6ix shaken.
The rapper expressed gratitude for escaping unharmed, attributing his narrow escape to divine intervention and his mother’s prayers. Yung6ix described the experience as “mind-boggling” and admitted that he initially thought the attack was an assassination attempt.
Fans and well-wishers have taken to social media to express relief and support for the rapper.
